The benefits of denim wear

Easily Accessorized

----------------------------
Denim has infinite possibilities, both in how you wear it, what you embellish it with, and the occasions it's appropriate for. You can adorn your arms with some cute bangles or a cool chunky necklace. If you're going out on a cold night, sweater it up with long metallic cardigans; it will give you a sparkling touch or pair it up with a big, metallic bag. To make yourself look more presentable, pair a blazer and some killer pumps. If you're going out on the town and feeling confident, try a pair of cute ankle booties.

Recyclable-
---------------
Nothing beats the effects of converting an old denim garment into something else, and that can't be achieved if you cut from fabric by the yard. Recycling garments into new looks creates a fab statement about personal style and freedom. With many people becoming more apprised of what they consume and how they dispose it, crafters are receiving a great many benefits in the form of new ideas, particularly when it comes to denim. Some of these projects including slippers, denim barrettes and quilts, and even scatter rugs that are all made entirely out of denim.

  Character-
----------------
Denim has many different lives, from dark indigo, to pale, soft and worn. The face and the wrong side of the material are different. The indigo color fades with wear and washing, and the material softens, shreds and frays in appealing and lovely ways.

Comfort-
--------------

Denim is perfect for lounging.

The more worn denim is, the more comfortable it becomes. Some people even wash their denim more often just to make it wear out more quickly.

Hence "Denim re-interpreted" is our new range of Abayas/jilbabs and tunics suitable for all our Muslimah sisters hard at work.

The Modest Islamic Clothing for Men

For many non-Muslims possessing some knowledge of the customs and the rituals of Islam consider hijab as a synonym for Islam. For those who are oblivious of the meaning and importance of Hijab, the simplest definition for it is modesty and devotion in dressing. Hijab is adhered to by both Islamic men and women. While the general understanding it would confine hijab to women, it is prescribed for men as well. The Qur’an specifies the requirement for men to dress modestly covering the area between the naval and to the knees.

Clothing for an Islamic man would comprise of loose, long-sleeved, ankle or knee length piece of cloth called the thawb or kurta. Kurtas are the Islamic men’s attire that reaches to the knee while covering the shoulder and the area between the naval and the knee. These are made available at a click. With a number of countries in the west increasing in number of Muslims, there has been an upsurge in the demand for kurta, kufi, shoulder scarfs and other outfit for Islamic men. Online shops and stores are rising up to the occasions as they seem to be able to provide a assortment of traditional Islamic clothing for men. The stores have kurtas and pyjamas, in different colors (mostly earthy tone along with black and white). White is considered to be an auspicious color as special celebrations have men wear white Islamic attire. A number of non-Muslims relate the colors to the religion. While islam has a conservative hold on its follower to wear modest clothing, the Qur’an does not speak about color. The use of colors is not discouraged, however in certain societies hold regard to colors and occasion. White being a symbol of purity is preferred to be worn at certain times. It is remarkable how specialised clothing lines which offer appropriate clothing. There are other dresses for Islamic men such as dishdasha which in preferred by societies concentrated in certain geographical regions. Kurtas and Sherwanis are more common of a wear even for non-Muslims and thus being overtly popular as compared to any other Islamic clothing for men. Islamic clothing online stores offer fine clothing made of superior quality fabrics for both men and women, which are region and occasion appropriate.  It is remarkable how specialised clothing lines which offer appropriate clothing are gaining an audience and this is only the beginning.

MUSLIM WOMEN SPORTSWEAR DRAWING ATTENTION OF ISLAMIC WOMEN

A research paper by the Birmingham Academics highlighted the prevalent prejudice against Islamic sportswomen as the high ranks had a Decalogue which did not accommodate the Islamic clothing. Though there has always been a political, cultural and religious resistance to participation which has deterred the participation of Muslim women in international sports.

For the first time, in the Bejing Olympics in 2012 women from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Brunei participated in a number of events. Roqaya Al-Gassra, a runner from Bahrain participated in a special one-piece garment and a headscarf and won the sprint. This was a precedent, and Saudi sportswomen will take part in the Olympics for the first time in one-piece-garments. The participation itself was sycophantic. This was a good sign for Islamic women as sometime after this the London Olympic Committee and the International Olymplic committee talked about letting Muslim women participants wear hijab during their football matches. Their argument against this was that it is unsafe to wear Islamic clothing owning to the use to safety pins which now has been diverged by using stickers in place of pins. Can this be looked upon as encouraging the participation of Muslim women in sports?  Georgy Tvaltvadze, a sports analyst supports the argument by stating that external appearance of an athlete should not distract him/her from the competition and moreover, disrupt them.
New fashions open new opportunities for women who are restricted by religions in choosing their dresses. Unambiguous advents such as upcoming clothing lines for women who are also sports enthusiasts reflect the change of winds. Online shopping stores and other shopping avenues are making available sports wears for Islamic women. Designers are exploring the untapped mines of explicitly designed sportswear and swimwear for Islamic women.
Muslim sportswear concurs to the law of hijab laid down in the Qur’an. The sports and swim wears are made available in vibrant colors and waterproof material at a number of Islamic clothing online stores.  They are also available with spandex hood swimwear with white lowers to match. With options available in color combinations, the stores offering Islamic styles clothing online would give a reasonable deal on their offering too. Women searching for Muslim sportswear online have found a number of avenues (e.g  Haya Islamic Clothing) that catalogue modest sportswear for Muslim women. Women looking for Islamic sportswear can now go online and order appropriate sportswear and swimwear for themselves.

Till sometime back the notion hijab carried with itself was of suppression of Islamic women which is now transforming is what the society considers liberating. Young Muslim girls and women with much devotion to their respective religion are looking for ways to integrate it with the present culture of their respective societies. They would wear hijab in the form of appropriate sportswear and swimwear which though perceived oppositely to the regular definition of the two, uphold the virtues of modesty.
